Add Sailing

Add your upcoming cruise to your profile and connect with friends on the same sailing

You may have booked a sailing and you want to add it to your Cruises with Friends profile. Here's how to add it.

Choose Your Platform

Adding sailings can be done on smartphones or through the portal. Choose the method that works best for you.

Web Portal

At the bottom of the My Sailings section of your home page you will find the Add A Sailing button. This will take you to the Add Cruise - Cruise Line page.

Select Cruise Line

Select the cruise line you want to book with and click Continue. This will take you to the Add Cruise - Cruise Ship page.

Select Cruise Ship

Select the cruise ship you want to book with and click Continue. This will take you to the Add Cruise - Sailing page.

Select Your Sailing

Select the sailing you want to book and click Add Sailing.

Can't find your sailing? If the sailing you are looking for does not exist it is possible to create your own sailing. Find out more about how to create a sailing here.

Smartphone App

Select My Sailings from the app home page, and then Add Sailing.

Navigate to Add Sailing

From your app dashboard, tap My Sailings and then tap Add Sailing.

Select Cruise Line

From the Cruise Line page select the cruise line you want to add with.

Select Ship and Sailing

Choose the cruise ship from the Cruise Ship page, followed by selecting your specific sailing.

Can't find your sailing? If the sailing you are looking for does not exist it is possible to create your own sailing. Find out more about how to create a sailing here.

You're All Set!

Once you've added your sailing, it will appear in your My Sailings section and you'll be able to see which of your friends are on the same cruise. You'll also receive notifications when friends join your sailing.
