Your Crown & Anchor number is your membership number in Royal Caribbean's loyalty program.

Where can you find your Crown & Anchor number?
Your Crown & Anchor number can be found in your Royal Caribbean app, on the Royal
Caribbean website and in some of the emails you receive from Royal Caribbean.
Royal Caribbean App
When you open the Royal Caribbean app on your phone, you should see 3 icons at the
top of the screen. The 3rd icon should take your to your profile and upcoming sailings.
Below your name will be a box with your Crown & Anchor status and your total
cruise points. If you click on this box you will see the Crown & Anchor Society page,
with your tier and next to it your Crown & Anchor number.
Royal Caribbean Website
When you go to Royal Caribbean's website you may already be signed into your account. If you are not signed in. You will then see your
profile details, including your Crown & Anchor number in the top right of the page.
Emails
Some of the emails Royal Caribbean sends you include your Crown & Anchor number, especially the cruise vacation receipt
email that you receive when you have booked your sailing. You will receive updated receipts if you make changes to your booking.
Your Crown & Anchor number is in the top section, under the guest name. The Crown & Anchor numbers for all guests on the booking
will be visible.
Using your Crown & Anchor number

When you book your upcoming sailings you will want to enter your Crown & Anchor number during the booking process, or give it to your travel agent.
The number will be applied to your booking, which will give you Crown & Anchor points after your sailing, and may get discounts on the sailing you are booking.

Communicating with Royal Caribbean
Whenever you need to speak to Royal Caribbean, you should always quote your Crown & Anchor number. It makes it easier for them to locate your profile.
Alternatively you can use the booking reference to help them identify your profile.
Club Royale (Royal Caribbean's Casino Program)
Club Royale is Royal Caribbean's casino loyalty program. It's separate from the Crown & Anchor loyalty program
but both programs use the Crown & Anchor number as the loyalty number, so when you contact Club Royale you will
be using your Crown & Anchor number to identify yourself.

To access your account you need to enter your Last Name and Reward Number. Your reward number is your Crown & Anchor number.
